Some nights in Las Vegas make you question what you saw, like when a Justin Bieber lookalike crashed Gryffin’s set to perform “Sorry.”

Gryffin humorously recapped on TikTok that he’d been duped by a fake Bieber during his performance at XS Nightclub, where he is a resident, after the imposter was mistakenly brought in close proximity to the stage during his set.

“His team said he wanted to perform ‘Sorry,’” Gryffin explained. “Little did I know I was about to be sorry.”

The imposter wore sunglasses and a hoodie, and evidently was convincing enough to be allowed to take the stage, where he performed Bieber’s 2015 hit “Sorry” in full.

“After an elaborate and multi-step ruse by him and his advance team, a Justin Bieber impersonator was granted access to the XS stage,” a Wynn Nightlife representative told TMZ. “As soon as the error was recognized, he was removed from the resort and denied future entry.”

The real Justin Bieber notably performed at XS back in 2021 when he made a surprise appearance alongside Diplo, treating fans to both “Sorry” and “Where Are Ü Now.” That bit of history may have helped sell the illusion, but regardless, “Bustin Jeiber” still drew quite a crowd reaction of his own in the moment.
