Player ratings: Everton 0-1 Arsenal

Arsenal moved back to the top of the Premier League with a 1-0 win away at Everton on Saturday evening.

Manchester City earlier moved to the top with an easy win at home to West Ham.

Arsenal’s only goal came from a first-half Viktor Gyokeres penalty.

To be honest, lots of Arsenal players were below par tonight, it wasn’t a pretty performance, and there was an uncomfortable amount of just keeping the ball very deep in our own half. Fortunately, Arsenal ran into one of the worst teams they’ve faced all season; Everton offered next to nothing.
