Post Malone Tumbles Off Stage In Glendale, Arizona, Trying To Cheers A Fan, Barely Spills A Drop

Post Malone might be a little sore after that one. Falling on, or in this case, off the stage, I feel like, is a rite of passage as a musician. It’s one of those moments you can either lean into and laugh at yourself and the audience, or you can become embarrassed and become small the rest of the performance. Most artists can recover, though, and not miss a beat, and if they can’t, they can at least crack a good joke or two about the moment after the fact.

Post Malone is no stranger to hitting the ground here and there, and has taken a tumble on his Big A** Stadium tour. He first took a fall in Orlando, Florida, landing on his behind after walking down a slope on the stage. In all fairness to Post Malone, it had just rained cats and dogs, so walking down a slick decline is begging for a fall.

But it appears that Posty can’t catch a break because he fell for a second time on this tour during a recent show in Glendale, AZ. While performing “Pour Me A Drink,”

Ironically, Malone had just sung the line:

“Yeah I’ve been breakin’ my back
Just keepin’ up with the Joneses
Y’all know what I mean
Y’all know how it goes…”

Malone then placed his foot on a piece of the stage that was not sturdy while leaning over to clink his solo cup to a fan’s beer in the front row, and took a tumble off the stage. Given the severity of the fall, the fans near him gasped and screamed a little, but it looks like he landed on his feet, and barely spilled a drop of his beer in the process.

Another point of view showed that Malone sang in the pit for a little while before jumping over the guardrail and returning to the stage. Once he was back on stage, he looked like he took a few steps limping, but he appeared to shake it off and kept on with his performance.

I hope Malone doesn’t fall any more as he’s about to embark on the Big A** World tour.
