Alejandro Garnacho should be facing the ultimate wrath from his Manchester United teammates for his latest social media sideshow. The Argentine winger is in hot water with United fans after he posted an image of himself in a Marcus Rashford Aston Villa shirt in front of two supercars. Garnacho and Rashford are currently excluded from Ruben Amorim’s squad as they seek summer transfers, but the former has done himself no favours at all. Villa are one of the sides who have an interest in Garnacho after taking teammate Rashford on loan for the second half of last season, but even they may be deterred by his latest display of disrespect towards his current employers. Garnacho has been involved in multiple social media incidents over the years, particularly taking digs at former boss Erik ten Hag. You little dope.” Garnacho was the subject of intense transfer speculation during the January transfer window when both Chelsea and Napoli made moves as he failed to fit into Amorim’s system. He ended up staying and was rewarded with game time, but after a Europa League final defeat to Tottenham the former Atletico Madrid prospect admitted he wasn’t sure about his future. Garnacho had a rough season, clashing with both Ten Hag and AmorimGetty His Premier League stats weren’t stellar either talkSPORT earlier reported that Amorim has told Garnacho to find a new club, but Deeney thinks his latest stunt damages his reputation far and wide. “It looks to me like he’s swapped that jersey with Marcus and he’s taken it there because he’s training and ticking over,” he said.  “Taking a football shirt for me is a bit weird, but everything about this would rub up a football fan wrong.  “You’ve got a Lamborghini, you’ve got a Ferrari, Marcus isn’t in the best shape with United fans, everything about that would rub a football fan the wrong way and you can’t tell me that’s a natural shot.  “He’s posed and thought about where he’s doing it, then they’ve thought about a caption, nobody between him and his agent has thought it’s probably not a good idea. “At this point it’s all on you, it’s not a PR team, it’s not an agency, it’s all on you, you have the power to get hold of that.  Garnacho has history, having liked a post criticising Ten HagGetty “It’s the modern footballer, when he was doing well and everyone was telling him how great he was he loved every second of it, get a little wobble and they all go ‘get me out of here, let me run away’ it just shows their character in my opinion.” Garnacho has previous too, having liked posts online criticising former manager Erik ten Hag. Now clearly heading for the exit door, Deeney sees the latest stunt as an indictment of United as much as Garnacho. He added: “You talk about the old days with Sir Alex [Ferguson], but you never see these stories come out of Arsenal, Liverpool, Man City, clubs that are run properly with managers and directors of football that are all aligned and they know what the club is. “It’s a decade now of poor ownership not understanding what it’s like to play for Man United, the greatness when you go in there.  “From what I can see from the outside at Man United everyone’s just got complacent because Sir Alex used to take care of it. He’s removed and everyone’s trying to bluff it and blag it.  “It takes now the likes of Harry Maguire, Fernandes, Casemiro to be going ‘you don’t conduct yourself like that, that’s just not how things are’.”
