Anfisa Letyago Channels Ancient Greece Through Modern Techno in New EP, "Bubbledance"
The techno star's latest EP filters her trademark approach to techno through references to sea gods, oceanic creatures and ancient Mediterranean culture.

Anfisa Letyago is back with Bubbledance, a four-track EP channeling Greek mythology through pumping techno.
The EP is out now via noted. records, an electronic music label from Sony, which counted Letyago as its first signing after launching in April 2024.
The EDM.com Class of 2022 artist favors atmosphere over aggression, producing textured synthscapes that shimmer like Mediterranean sunlight on water. Meanwhile, chugging drums maintain the relentless forward momentum that defines her catalog.
"Magic Whales" and "Partenope" serve as the EP's mythological anchors, lending to a project that has the feel of dancing in an underwater temple. The latter track takes its name from Letyago's audiovisual live show and ongoing tour of the same name, which was inspired by the ancient Greek myth of a mermaid discovered off the coast of Naples.
