Video Of Jordon Hudson On The Sidelines Goes Viral As UNC Suffers Embarrassing Loss To TCU

I’m shocked…

Last night, Bill Belichick made his debut as the head coach of the North Carolina Tar Heels, and while some were stunned, for many, it went just as expected.

The legendary NFL coach, who won six Super Bowl titles as a head coach, and two more as a DC, got his behind handed to him on national television as the TCU Horned Frogs delivered a devastating loss to Chapel Hill with a final score of 48-14. My dad sent me a link to an article about it this morning, and I’ve been telling him for months now how I was looking forward to this all completely falling apart before our eyes once the season actually started. Maybe the Tar Heels will improve some this season, but they’re a basketball school and I never once thought them throwing money at a big name like Belichick would solve anything.

He also sent the following text, which I think sums it up quite perfectly:

“You and I knew he was a sham and a distraction. We’ll see how the rest of the season goes. Just wish App was on their schedule this year.”

They looked horrible, and as a Tar Heel hater myself, I loved knowing that some of their biggest fans in icons like Michael Jordon, Julius Peppers, Lawrence Taylor, and even Bill’s buddy Randy Moss, were all there in person to witness it. No offense to them, they’re great, but it’s still funny to me…

But most notably of all, Bill’s much younger girlfriend Jordon Hudson watched the game from a suite next to Moss, and the two have been in the headlines nonstop this year with her infiltration of herself into every aspect of his life, including professionally. Fans were worried that the fate of UNC’s season would fall into the hands of Hudson, given that she was involved in so many decisions pre-season.

And so that’s why video of her went viral on the sidelines yesterday, which looks like it was pre-game, but still… I’ve never seen the significant other of a coach of this caliber walking up to him like that right before a game, when he’s clearly working and probably shouldn’t be distracted or dealing with making conversation with her. It’s normal for them to be somewhere on the sidelines in a designated area before a game usually, but not with access like that just roaming in front of the benches right where all the players and coaches are.

Plus, considering the context of everything that’s happened throughout their entire relationship and how close Hudson has been to all of the football stuff, it’s just a bad look. When you have that kind of heat on you, and speculation of you being a distraction has already been running rampant, it’s a bad look.

I mean, she looked like she was on staff… and honestly, Chapel Hill won’t be beating those allegations anytime soon after their performance last night:

Hudson went viral with a similar moment during a practice back in the spring, and you have to wonder how long this is going to go on… if the team keeps playing like this, there’s NO chance Belichick makes it through the entire season.

But as usual, people in the comments brought the jokes, and I will have my popcorn ready to go to continue watching this glorious downfall for as long as it lasts:

“She was bringing him a new diaper.”

“Incredibly distracting.”

“This is like if you had to give a big presentation to the BOD, CEO, etc. and right before it starts, your girlfriend walks into the board room and starts whispering a bunch of stuff to you while everyone is sitting there staring, then she hangs around a bit before leaving.”

“I keep seeing people interpret this like she was on the field while the game was going on and that’s just not true. There isn’t even a TCU team on the bench. That being said, it is still pretty weird.”

“Have confirmed sources that Jordon is running the offense.”

“The writing is already on the wall.”

“Bill not locked in.”

“UNC has to have the worst case of buyer’s remorse in history.”
