Seattle got a moment to remember on night two of Morgan Wallen’s “I’m The Problem” tour stop, and it had nothing to do with pyrotechnics or surprise songs. Just before taking the stage, Wallen walked out alongside Seahawks legend Marshawn Lynch, and the crowd inside Lumen Field erupted.

And Marshawn brought it back to his early 2000s Cal days, pulling up in the injury cart. If you don’t remember, back in 2006, Marshawn celebrated a Cal victory by ripping around the field in the injury cart:

The two shared a quick embrace before Wallen launched into the night’s set, and for anyone from the Pacific Northwest, seeing Beast Mode walk out in front of a sold-out stadium again felt like a full-circle moment. It was brief, unscripted, and exactly the kind of crossover that reminds you how deep sports and music run in a city like Seattle.

Marshawn Lynch isn’t just a former running back. He’s one of the most iconic figures in Seattle sports history. Best known for his explosive and now-legendary 67-yard touchdown run against the New Orleans Saints in the 2011 NFC Wild Card game, Lynch dragged half the defense with him and broke nine tackles on the way to the end zone.

The play shook the stadium so hard that a nearby seismic monitor picked it up. That moment became known as the Beast Quake and has lived in highlight reels ever since.
