RivetSkull Dropped a New Politically Charged Single “The Hammer Falls”

I don’t know if you’re aware, but a lot of crazy shit is happening in American politics. Whether you’re totally okay with your guy becoming an autocratic dictator or you’ve gone so far left you got your guns back, it’s enough to get people riled up and ready for action.

Such is the backdrop for the new single from Seattle-based heavy metal outfit RivetSkull, titled “The Hammer Falls.” Imbued with a groove that’s seeped its way throughout the entire four plus minute track, it’s got a message that vocalist Chad McMurray hopes people will pick up on from the get go.

“The song is inspired by our current political situation and the shit that’s happening. You can either attempt to do something or accept it… ‘is it time to burn?’ We really like the passage ‘a fragile sphere out of control, lost the message somewhere, can’t tell demons and angels apart.’”
