Reviresco tuned into the key of psychedelically woozy alt-rock with his debut single, Put it to One Side. Through mind-warping instrumentation that prises the monocultural mould away from rock, Reviresco followed in the footsteps of the Beatles by incorporating the timbre of spirituality, while distinguishing himself through mantra-esque lyricism that dares you to adopt a less dysfunctional frame of mind. With all the calming charisma of a cult leader fused with a consoling warmth which refracts through kaleidoscopic tones, Reviresco lets you imagine what the Britpop movement could have been if it dabbled in a few more psychedelics and was less concerned with swagger. Each downstroke on the bass and swirl of modulation feels considered but never contrived, as if each note was struck by instinct rather than calculation.
