Nashville Man Hires Mariachi Performer To Follow Cheating Ex Around As They Move Out
This is the level of pettiness that I aspire to. It’s gotta be awkward when somebody has to move out after a breakup. So why not try to break the tension a little bit…or at least harass your cheating ex in the process. Not gonna lie, that would be enough to send me into a fit of rage. The guy is just calmly drinking a glass of champagne as his ex moves out, while a mariachi performer is walking around singing “Guantanamera,” even following him outside as he moves his belongings. Brutal.
People in the comments were clearly inspired by his level of pettiness:
“People on this app constantly reminding me that Im simply not being petty enough”
“This makes me realize I’m not using my full free will potential”
“I love whatever is wrong with you”
“That man is enjoying that job far too much”
“he will never enjoy a Mexican restaurant again! good job!”
And apparently the video make its way back to the mariachi performer, named Luis, who made a video with his granddaughter explaining the situation – and revealing that apparently the ex who was moving out wasn’t as calm as it may have appeared in the video:
“I was taking it seriously because the whole moment was intense and serious, and I was worried that it could get ugly…
When I was following them into the townhouse he closed the door on my foot and pushed my hand back, so it got a little bit aggressive there.”
As it turns out, tormenting cheating exes isn’t even Luis’s full-time job: He’s recently retired from NASA, and currently works as a consultant for an aerospace engineering firm. But it seems like he may enjoy his side gig even more than his real job, because now he’s offering up his services to anyone who wants to harass their cheating ex:

Just remember kids, you have free will, and if you have a few extra bucks laying around, you can hire a mariachi performer whenever you want – even if it’s to get under the skin of your ex.The post Nashville Man Hires Mariachi Performer To Follow Cheating Ex Around As They Move Out first appeared on Whiskey Riff.
