Little Girl Holds Up Her Stuffed Animal Moose To Actual Moose Standing On The Other Side Of The Window

The most wholesome thing you’ll see all day.

For those people that live in “moose country” that regularly see the massive beasts, I’m sure it’s not that big of a deal to set your eyes upon a moose. But for the the rest of us that don’t see moose (always want to say “meese” there) on a regular basis, when we see a video of a moose doing absolutely anything, it’s hard to believe that animals of this stature are just living their best lives out in nature.

Or in the case of this footage below, peering through the windows of a Utah home.

Moose are the largest of all deer that are in the deer family, and their height and weight might surprise you. Males are typically bigger than females, though both genders are generally ginormous (that’s the scientific term for describing moose size). On average, a bull moose usually stands at 6 feet tall at their shoulders, and can even weigh up to 1,400 pounds.

Something that I can’t get over while we’re on the topic… people actually hunt these things (they’re some of the most sought after big game animals on the planet), and I can’t imagine trying to track down something of this size that could actually turn around and kill you with one swing of the antlers. Fortunately with this video out of Park City, Utah, there’s no hunting involved… there’s just a whole lot of wholesome.

A mother got the camera rolling when a cow (female moose) came right up to the window of their Utah home. She then captured the adorable moment when her baby daughter – who was holding a stuffed animal moose – set her eyes on the actual moose standing a few feet away on the other side of the window.

You can tell that the gears were turning inside the kiddo’s head as she saw the bigger version of what’s probably her favorite plushy toy. The mother then implored for her little one to show the big ol’ moose her stuffed animal moose, and it’s the kind of footage that can instantly brighten your day:

That’s a core memory right there.

The little girl might be a tad too young to remember this moment, but the good news is that she’ll one day be able to look back on the day she introduced her stuffed animal moose to an actual one thanks to the priceless video that her mom was able to secure.

And I was also going to mention that the Utah family must really trust the strength of the windows that are installed in their home.
