Stars of the show.

Country fans are some of the best in the game. Not only (in my humble opinion) do I think that we are some of the nicest folks (for the most part), but we also know how to have a good time. Most of the time at country concerts, you can find fans two-stepping, belting out the words to the songs, making friends in the crowd, or trying to help someone get their sign spotted.

And if all else fails, there are always good people watching at country concerts.

During a recent Whiskey Myers show in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, three fans are going viral for their concert dance moves. Whiskey Myers is a band that gets the crowd moving during their live shows. Their full band knows how to rock and are stellar on their own, but their sound is taken up a notch when accompanied by their backup singers.

The East Texas southern rockers typically have three women on stage with them who assist frontman Cody Canada with harmonies throughout the song, and just like the swagger all the men of Whiskey Myers possess, these women know how to groove, too.

Throughout all the songs, this trio of women steps in sync, performing various dance moves throughout each song. Well, their moves inspired a trio of men in the crowd and quickly became the blueprint of how they would groove during the concert. As the women moved into a new movement, the men in the crowd would catch on to it and mimic every move they made on stage from the crowd.

The group is committed to nailing these dance moves, and it’s hilariously entertaining. As Cody Cannon lets it rip on the harmonica during “John Wayne,” this group from the crowd is moving from side to side snapping on beat, and performing other various moves that the backup dancers lay down during the tune. A few of those moves look a little stiff, but I’m sure that could be fixed with a little more practice.

Legendary.

If Whiskey Myers is ever on the hunt for another set of backup singers and dancers, these guys just delivered a great audition tape with this performance.

Check it out.
