Feuerschwanz Releases Climactic Single “Das Elfte Gebot”

The last time we wrote about Feuerschwanz was because they randomly released a cover of the famous K-pop song “Gangnam Style.” Though none could have predicted that cover, it so happens to be the conclusive track of the band’s forthcoming album, Knightclub.

Anyway, enough about that cover. Today, Feuerschwanz has released an original song from their new record. Streaming now, “Das Elfte Gebot” is a climactic new release, accompanied by a music video that sees vocalist Hauptmann Feuerschwanz singing surrounded by flames.

Speaking about the new single, the band shares:

“This time, it strikes straight to the heart. In the epic orchestral version of “Das Elfte Gebot”, the Hauptmann reveals a more vulnerable, human side than ever before. Captured in a mesmerizing one-shot video, music and imagery blend into a single, honest moment – a powerful experience that pulls you in and refuses to let go.”

Right now, Feuerschwanz are gearing up for the release of their forthcoming 12th studio album, Knightclub, which is now scheduled to come out on August 22, via Napalm Records. But you can pre-order it here.

As for live shows, Feuerschwanz have plenty. Following a string of upcoming festival dates, the German titans are set to kick off their Lords of Fyre tour alongside Lord of the Lost and The Dark Side of the Moon this October.
