Feed Me Ignites New Album Cycle With Fiery Lead Single, “Pyro”

If electro nostalgia had a fuse, Feed Me just lit it with his new single, “Pyro.”

The “One Click Headshot” producer may have celebrated a dozen years since the release of that groundbreaking track at the end of last year, but he’s continuing to bring forth some of the most impressive sound design the field of electronic music has to offer in 2025. 

On his latest release, “Pyro,” Feed Me metabolizes the current moment and reflects it in a way that’s uniquely his own. While the dance music scene at large has favored four-on-the-floor rhythms from a more minimalist perspective in recent years, Feed Me leans into melodic maximalism while continuing to employ the otherwordly sound design elements that have long been his signature. 

The track also prominently features the multi-talented producer, drummer and vocalist EMSKI, whose hypnotic contributions thread through the chaos and ground the arrangement in something intimate, even as its production propels forward with sustained intensity.

“Pyro” additionally serves as the first glimpse into Feed Me’s forthcoming album, his first since 2021’s self-titled project. A release date has not yet been revealed at the time of this writing.
