BOO Seattle Festival Conjures Massive 2025 Lineup With Zedd, Marshmello, RL Grime and More

It’s almost fall, and ravers in the Pacific Northwest know exactly what that means: the spooky BOO Seattle festival is lurking.

The annual event from Insomniac remains one of the nation’s leading Halloween-themed EDM festivals, promising an unnerving experience that blends dark, heavy-hitting beats with spine-chilling aesthetics. The 2025 fest is scheduled for October 31st and November 1st at Seattle’s WAMU Theater.

This year’s festival brings a brand-new theme, BOO Seattle Haunted Mansion, with a blood-curdling backstory from Insomniac:

“The mansion is no longer just in the background—it breathes, it watches, it beckons. Its shadowy halls whisper with long-forgotten secrets. This haunted estate becomes the living heart of BOO! A fully immersive world where each room pulses with its own haunting energy. Within its walls, reality warps: the eerie blends with the electrifying, the elegant with the otherworldly. Step inside, and let the house pull you deeper into its sonic mysteries. It’s a world waiting to be unlocked.”

While the festival’s vibrant grounds will return with three stages this year, they will be designed with all-new branding and thematic concepts, Insomniac tells EDM.com. One stage will host high-energy mainstage EDM, another will showcase techno and house, and the third will be BOO’s home for dubstep and bass music.

Each will come with their own unique art and visual lore, a fusion of music and immersive storytelling that has long-elevated BOO as a multi-sensory experience far beyond those found at other festivals. And on the music side of things, Insomniac overflowed the cauldron this year, putting together a massive lineup that rivals any in BOO’s history.

Attendees can catch performances by Zedd, RL Grime, Marshmello, Mau P, NERO, Virtual Riot, Boys Noize, Disco Lines and Dimension, among others. Adding to the excitement is a collaborative DJ set from dubstep pioneers Flux Pavilion and Doctor P, who recently released their long-awaited debut album.
