Marc Guiu Spanish striker Guiu is set to formalise his loan switch to Sunderland within the next 24 hours. The 19-year-old joined from Barcelona for around £5m last summer and scored six goals in 16 appearances during his debut season. Guiu is now set for regular minutes with Sunderland, who are back in the Premier League after their Championship play-off final win. Armando Broja Broja is on course to complete a permanent move to Burnley. The Albanian striker will sign a five-year deal at Turf Moor having spent 16 years at Chelsea. He has scored three goals in 38 outings for the Blues but made just 11 starts in west London. Loan spells with Vitesse Arnhem, Southampton, Fulham and Everton have not been enough to help Broja become a regular at Chelsea. talkSPORT understands Chelsea have agreed to sign Jorrel Hato from Ajax, and are still hoping to welcome Xavi Simons from RB Leipzig.
