Pittsburgh Jason Aldean Concert Turns Violent As Man Lands Vicious Punches On Multiple Women

Fans are furious about what went down at Jason Aldean’s concert this weekend. What happened wasn’t just wrong, it was flat-out inexcusable.

A group of women were allegedly attacked after the Jason Aldean concert at Starlake on August 9th. The story started gaining attention when a TikTok user posted that she and her friends were jumped after the show.

Before long, people connected it to a separate Twitter video that appeared to show one man repeatedly punching two women during a confrontation. The footage is hard to watch, I won’t share it here but you can watch the link if you feel so inclined.

It has certainly left fans outraged, wondering why nobody helped:

“The fact that so many people in the comments said they saw it. If 30 of y’all stepped in how fast y’all stepped in these comments, then this could’ve been stopped.”

Some comments focused on how many people admitted they saw it, while others cut straight to the point, there’s no excuse for a man to attack a woman like that, no matter the circumstances:

“I pray that you are ok. No man should touch you like this.”

People also took to Facebook to try and identify the attacker:

Surprisingly, a few commenters tried to defend him, questioning what led up to it.

“What led up to this? We don’t know, what if the girl in question was punching him? Would that make it ok? Something happened that caused people to start recording, until we know that, it’s wrong to judge anyone.”

What led up to this? I don’t really know, but I also don’t care. No man should ever swing on a group of women like that, unless someone is in dire danger. 

At one point in the video, you can hear the man say:

“Did you see what happened, I was defending myself.”

He also alleged that one of the women hit him first, but regardless, this went WELL beyond the line of self defense. They clearly were not a threat to his safety if he was able to drop one after the other like that. 

One of the women involved has been left with serious injuries that will have lasting effects, physically and financially, including broken ribs, a fractured jaw, and a concussion. It’s heartbreaking to think about what she’s going through, especially knowing it was caused by an act of violence that should never have happened.

One comment summed it up perfectly:

“It’s not a man vs. woman thing. No man or woman has a valid reason outside of defending their own life from danger to put hands on another person.”

The attacker hasn’t been fully identified yet, although some have speculated on who it is. According to WPXI News, the District Attorney’s Office is investigating, though details are still limited.
