Paradise Lost Have Already Found a Familiar Replacement Drummer
Fancy seeing you here again, sir. The post Paradise Lost Have Already Found a Familiar Replacement Drummer appeared first on MetalSucks.

Man, some people really work with the quickness. In this case, I suppose that’s a good thing? Gothic doom heads Paradise Lost JUST announced (like literally two days) their split from drummer Guido Zima, who had been with the band since 2023. Earlier today, the band revealed who they’ve snagged as their replacement, and he’s someone who knows the band relatively well—Jeff Singer.
Singer played drums for Paradise Lost from 2004 to 2008, before leaving the band to take care of family and other work commitments.
The band made the announcement on their Facebook page, also sharing a statement from Singer himself:
“Paradise Lost welcomes back Jeff Singer on drums.
“*And The Planets Aligned*
“When I got a call asking if I would drum for Paradise Lost again it was clear the time was right and we could actually make this happen. Nothing could make me prouder. Firstly, the band, management and fans have always made me feel part of the family and secondly as a fan of the band it is a dream and something I have thought about a lot over the years. Paradise Lost are in my blood. I can’t wait and am so excited to get out there with the lads playing the songs I love and meeting our amazing loyal fans again.”
Welcome back to the party, Jeff. I’m sure the transition going back to behind the kit with the band will be quite the easy one.
