Manchester United confirm Matheus Cunha transfer and £62.5m man will take iconic shirt number off star

Manchester United have announced their agreement to sign Matheus Cunha from Wolves. The forward is understood to be joining in a £62.5million deal after United triggered his release clause. The 26-year-old would later join Atletico Madrid in 2021, with a loan spell at Wolves coming in the second half of the 2022/23 season. Cunha has agreed to sign a five-year contract with the option for a further 12 months and will take the no.10 shirt at Old Trafford.
