Know Good Serve Up a Glass of Poisoned Luxury in Sultry Bass Track, "Bag"

Know Good have dropped a new single, "Bag," a track built for those who like their nights long and wallets empty.

With a brooding yet heavy-hitting sound that defies genre categorization, the surging electronic music duo has made quite an impression since joining forces in 2020. They're now gearing up for their debut at one of the nation's most coveted live music venues, Colorado's Red Rocks Amphitheatre, as well as a performance at GRiZ's inaugural Seven Stars Music Festival.

In "Bag," Know Good showcase their skill at blending raw energy with a polished finish. What's particularly impressive is how they maintain tension throughout the track, which never fully releases into chaotic maximalism nor retreats into minimalist restraint. Instead, it pulses with a controlled intensity, wrapping hip-hop's bounce in a blanket of bass that's dark yet oddly inviting.

Sultry guitar plucks and textured bass slink through the mix like honey dripping from a spoon as Aaron Page's fluid vocals coax you into reckless spending in the name of hedonism. But there's something refreshingly honest about their straightforward embrace of pleasure-seeking, which avoids the arrogance often found in hip-hop—a solid flex from a duo that knows how to keep the party going without breaking the furniture.
