Ed Orgeron Continues To Live His Best Life, Rips Shirt Off At Louisiana Wedding Reception: “GO TIGERS!”

Coach O is living the dream.

Ed Orgeron, better known as “Coach O,” has clearly been enjoying his post-coaching life. With his successful college football background, he could go back to coaching really anytime he wants to. However, he seems to be really enjoying his time off (guess you could call it retirement), which is being funded by that last severance check that he hilariously and happily accepted from LSU.

If you somehow missed that part of Coach O’s story, here’s the video that went viral when he and the SEC powerhouse parted ways:

Hard to believe that Coach O and LSU separated back in October of 2021. Seems like it was just yesterday that the swamp monster known as Ed Orgeron was stomping up and down the Louisiana State University sidelines and exclaiming “Geaux Tigers!” in his patented (and unprecedented) bayou accent.

The good news is that Coach O isn’t completely off the map. He still occasionally pops up in videos online, which usually revolve around someone spotting the 63-year-old as he’s jogging around town shirtless. I know that might sound weird to say… but that’s basically the only proof of life I’ve seen when it comes to Ed Orgeron since he left LSU.

That is until we got this legendary Louisiana wedding video.

Coach O was back in the bayou this past weekend for the wedding of one of his former LSU staffers. At one point during the night’s proceedings, Ed Orgeron grabbed the mic and gave a speech, even letting out his patented “GO TIGERS!” to conclude his time in front of the crowd.

Well, at least his time in front of the crowd with a microphone. Once the live band started, Ed Orgeron continued to act as impromptu entertainment for those attending the wedding. The 63-year-old was evidently feeling the music, and as he danced, he also began to unbutton and lose his dress shirt.

I’ll just come right out and say it… the party animal known as Coach O went shirtless at the wedding reception, and everyone loved it:

The bride and groom either loved that Coach O did that, or hated it. There’s really no in between.

I’m guessing that they probably knew what they were getting into when they put Ed Orgeron on the guest list for the wedding. Shirtless seems to be Coach O’s preference, whether he be running around town or bringing the house down at a Louisiana wedding.
