Zach Bryan doesn’t hold any punches… especially if those punches come in the form of social media replies.

The country music star finds himself in a familiar place today. There’s no telling how many times he’s posted – and then quickly deleted – thoughts and messages he’s put out on the internet. As of right now, Bryan’s replies on this TikTok linked below are still there. If history tells us anything, they’ll soon be erased from the comment section.

Bryan has to know at this point that screenshots are forever, right?

The “Heading South” singer just recently finished up a three-night run with Kings of Leon at MetLife Stadium. According to this TikTok, some fans waited in the area where artists typically leave for four hours after the show, hoping that they would get to meet Zach Bryan, or even get a glimpse of the artist.

Unfortunately for them, Zach Bryan wasn’t in the “saying hello” mood, and jetted out of there without engaging with the fans that had waited outside the MetLife Stadium exit. And to make matters worse for them, he stopped to chat and take pictures with fans on Night 1 AND Night 3… they picked the wrong night to attend.

The caption for the TikTok reads:

“Zach Bryan driving away from his fans that waited four hours to meet him. He didn’t even roll down his window to say hi.”

@ilovesparklyunicorns24 we waited until 4:00 AM. #fyp #zachbryan #metlife #viral ♬ oh my god bruh oh hell na man

She shared another one with the title “Cancel Zach Bryan,” and a caption that read:

“We waited 3 hours outside to meet Zach Bryan and he completely blew everyone off and drove away like a jerk, meanwhile he got out of his car to meet fans Metlife N1”

Tough scene… and I bet you know where I’m going with this story.

Sure enough, Zach Bryan caught wind of this criticism and fired back a reply to this fan that had posted this clip criticizing him for not saying hi. The artist, who had just wrapped up three-straight nights of shows, told the TikToker that waiting by the exit of a stadium doesn’t guarantee them anything:

“You’re not entitled after someone plays two and a half hours to a picture or a hello. Get off my d***.”

That’s what “GOMD” stands for, by the way.

Obviously, that’s a bit of a hostile response, even though I get what he’s saying there, and he’s 100% correct. Zach later replied in the comments section with another message, and I’m no publicist, but he would have been a lot better off just sending this one out as opposed to the one that’s above:

“I went out and took pictures both night one and three. I had a third show the next day and it was late, needed to rest.”

Little bit more professional there, but honestly, he doesn’t even owe anyone an explanation.

Do you know how many superstars go out and mingle with fans at all? How many take pictures with fans after playing an NFL football stadium? Not very many at all. In fact, the number is probably much closer to zero than it is to 10. The fact that Zach even did it 2 out of 3 nights is a testament to how much love he has for his fans. Compared to his level of stardom, he’s one of the most accessible people in music, and he’s not out charging rich dads hundreds of dollars so their kids can meet him for 6 seconds.

Of course, that doesn’t stop 14-year-olds from posting multiple videos on TikTok about it, trying to elicit a response from him, and then posting a handful more after they get one. The social media user that shared the video, whose name is Vienna, saw that Zach Bryan had called her out and shot back with a response of her own, pointing out that she’s just a kid:

“I’m literally a 14-year-old fan and this video was literally a joke. What a d***.”

Welp… when you keep posting videos, fishing for clout, it certainly doesn’t seem like “literally a joke” anymore, right? And then comment about how “watching ZB get flamed in my comment section is the highlight of my day.” Seems like that was the goal from the beginning, right? You wanted to get some attention, and you found it. If you can’t stand the heat, get out the kitchen, Vienna.

Of course, it’s typical, childish, 14-year-old behavior to mouth off about something on social media, be dead wrong, and then cry victim when you get put in your place. And naturally, the video will get the attention she was looking for. People will take her side and call Zach a scumbag for clapping back at a kid, and a few hours after this blog goes up, it will be front page news. And like I said earlier, Zach will delete the comment… rinse, repeat.

Should Zach just learn to ignore people? Absolutely. Should he maybe click on the profile before he tells off some obnoxious kid? Probably. But does he owe anyone a damn thing other than a concert to the people who paid for a ticket? Nope, not at all. You can stand in that parking lot for two weeks, you’re not entitled to a hi, a handshake, a photo, nothing.

Hopefully a lesson was learned… on both sides. The post Zach Bryan Claps Back At Young Fan For Complaining That She Waited 4 Hours To Meet Him After MetLife Show: “You’re Not Entitled To A Picture Or Hello” first appeared on Whiskey Riff.
