I think traveling the coast of Scotland over hopping a barbed wire fence to fight is definitely the better place to be…

I know I say this every time, but I think we’ve all heard way more than we wanted to about the seemingly never-ending Brianna Chickenfry (whose real name is Brianna LaPaglia) and Zach Bryan drama.

Brianna, his ex-girlfriend, made a lot of headlines when they broke up, after she claimed that he offered her $12 million to sign an NDA so she wouldn’t be able to expose anything that didn’t paint him in a positive light. Obviously she didn’t take it, because she’s spoken quite a bit about their relationship and what she paints as a pattern of emotionally abusive behavior from the country star.

They’ve gone back and forth for months now about each others flaws, and not long ago they started another online beef when all three of his ex’s posted videos about their “Bitin’ List,” and he responded with a video that seemed pointed at Brianna, lighting a Barstool Sports towel on fire, which was clearly meant for her.

She recently commented on the viral video where Zach was seen climbing the fence at Born & Raised Fest in Oklahoma this past weekend:

Brianna has weighed in on pretty much everything he’s done that has made headlines since they broke up, including commenting on his new girlfriend Samantha who looks strikingly similar to Bri and could honestly be her clone… it’s insane how much they really look alike, but I digress…

While Brianna has been posting from an international vacation on TikTok, she took time today to reflect on the past year, as she found herself one year out from what she describes as “the lowest point in life.”

She was obviously dating Zach at the time, though she didn’t mention him by name, so we can only assume much of her “emotional torment” stemmed from that relationship. She says she was “a shell of a human being,” adding that she experienced extreme weight loss due to being unable to eat and throwing “constantly”:

“This video is for the girlies, the guys too, anyone going through a really tough time right now. One year ago exactly today, I was at my lowest point in life. I was on tour for ‘Plan Bri’ and whenever I wasn’t on stage or I wasn’t on camera, I was in a ball in my room sobbing. I was throwing up constantly. I was 100 pounds. I’m 5’9”. I was getting emotionally tormented. I literally wanted to like… I couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t eat. I couldn’t literally function. I was a shell of a human being.

And I 100% was like, this is gonna be the rest of my life. I never thought I would recover from the things that happened to me, and just the mental state that I was in. I thought it was permanent. And literally, my memories just came up on my phone. I looked at my memory, I cried. Because I’m making TikToks trying to smile, but my f****** face is sunken in. I just know that girl, and how upset and sad and broken she was.

And now I’m in Europe, I just had the best week of my life, I’m literally about to solo road trip the coast of Scotland. And, just, things get better. I promise. I promise you, it’s not gonna be forever. And I just love you. To anyone that’s feeling like me a year ago, oh my God. And to me a year ago, like, hug her. I wanna hug you guys. It gets better, I love you.”

Whether or not you like Bri, or the fact that she continues to bring up Zach and their relationship and drag him through the mud, so to speak, I think it’s pretty clear it’s best that they moved on and are no longer together.
