Orange 9mm

Orange 9MM are about to make quite the return. Technically, they’ve already started, considering they reunited and became part of Refused’s Brooklyn, New York date of their “The Refused Are Fucking Dead” farewell tour a few months back. That wasn’t enough for many of us—especially the ones who couldn’t be there—so thankfully, they’re officially releasing something this week to quench our insatiable thirst. For the first time in 26 years, Orange 9MM are releasing a new song called “Turn It Up” this week.

While the official version has yet to be publicly heard, you can catch a fan-filmed video from their March 21, 2025 support set for Refused below.

The new single also marks the efforts of the new Orange 9MM lineup, which as of last year consists of Cory Bonfiglio on bass and Chris Enríquez on drums, the only fully original founding member Chaka Malik, and guitarist Taylor McLam, who joined in 1996.

“Turn It Up” is set to come out this Wednesday, June 11. In case you forget, you’re able to pre-save the single here. The singles artwork was created by Mike Saes.
