“Needs To Expose Him In Every Single Way She Can” — Music Executive (And Riley Green’s Ex-Girlfriend) Sophia Sansone Speaks Out About Zach Bryan And Brianna Chickenfry Drama

Of course, yesterday was filled with more drama between Zach Bryan and Brianna Chickenfry (whose real name is Brianna LaPaglia), which found the two of them going back and forth over the details of their breakup.

Brianna has spoken a lot about their split, but Zach really hasn’t, so it was pretty surprising when he posted (and of course quickly deleted) a text message reportedly from Brianna, that appears to have been after their relationship ended.

It spiraled from there, but there’s not really any context or explanation for why he posted the message, in which Brianna says “I still have love for you” and that things would have ended differently if it were up to her. She also says that the timing of their relationship was wrong and that he wasn’t ready, but that she’ll always be there for him.

There’s no date on the message, but the next message (which is cut off) comes on October 29, a little over a week before her tell-all BFFs podcast.

And naturally, Brianna had to respond.

In a series of posts to her Instagram, Brianna shared her thoughts on Zach sharing her text message, including one accusing him of being “blackout at 7am again” and claiming that she was living rent free in his head:

In another post, she shared what she claims is a text from Zach’s manager, Danny Kang, outlining the terms of the proposed NDA that was offered to her.

The message proposes two options for Brianna to choose from: Either a flat $10 million payment, or $3 million plus she would get to keep the house in Duxbury, Massachusetts, which Zach bought in April 2024 for a reported $7.5 million.

Additionally, the terms of the NDA would include Brianna not speaking about Zach or any “non public cheating,” and guarantee that the recording her former friend and podcast co-host Grace O’Malley has of Zach (presumably the fire pit video) “never gets talked about.”

Zach’s team acknowledges that Brianna has no control over what Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy and BFFs co-host Josh Richards say about Zach or the breakup, but she was not to “feed into any of it” and would “deflect and defend Zach in moments that people try to pry at the relationship.”

She ended with several slides dedicated to defending herself, claiming that she has “not told ONE lie ever” and calling his fans and defenders “brain dead.” Brianna also says she wants nothing to do with Zach and doesn’t know why he’s “crashing out” over her, but that she refuses to take the bait and “expose” him any further.

I mean, it’s kind of ironic to post seven slides about him while claiming that you’re done talking about him. I get that she wants to defend herself, but this whole thing had died down until Zach made a jab at her in a TikTok comment. If either of them would just let it go, I feel like the other would move on too.

But from the looks of it, that’s not going to happen any time soon, and I’m sure we haven’t heard the last of it from either one of them.

And another ex-girlfriend of a famous country musician is speaking out about it and defending Brianna over the whole ordeal. Sophia Sansone dated Riley Green in for a little while several years ago, and they even made their red carpet debut at the CMT Awards in 2022. They also walked at the 56th Annual CMA Awards later that year. There’s not much public information about their relationship or how long they were together, but she has thrown shade at him online before, so I think it’s safe to say the end of that relationship was not amicable.

Sophia is a music industry executive, first starting at Make Wake Artists and eventually becoming Luke Combs’ day manager. She is now a managing partner at the firm, along with Luke’s longtime manager, Make Wake Founder Chris Kappy. Their roster also includes a number of great artists like Flatland Cavalry, Colby Acuff, Josh Abbott, The Wilder Blue and more.

She seems like a total boss from a business standpoint, and over on TikTok yesterday, she shared a video that started out about a recent microneedling treatment she had done, but then it took a turn to her talking about the whole Brianna and Zach drama. Sophia had a lengthy explanation about why she feels that Brianna was a victim in the relationship, so to speak, saying she thinks it’s clear it was somehow “abusive” either mentally or emotionally:

“Also, I really hope that Brianna Chickenfry brings Zach Bryan to the floor. The fact that he released those text messages, and if you haven’t been in an abusive relationship physically, mentally, emotionally, whatever it is, which she was definitely in some form of that, you don’t understand how attached you are. And confused.

You have to physically rip yourself away from this person, and even when you’re breaking up it’s so confusing and you think you’re still in love with this person, or the idea of them. So she sent that in her most vulnerable state, people on the internet were probably like, ‘Why’d she stay? Why’d she stay if she hated him so much? She wanted the fame.’ These same people said the same thing about Cassie with P-Diddy.”

She said she has experienced something similar firsthand, and went on to say that men like Bryan who are so famous and powerful “never get told no” and feel they can do as they please with no real consequences. I mean, P-Diddy basically got a slap on the wrist for some pretty heinous things, but that’s a story for another post…

Sophia also said she thinks Brianna should “expose him in every single way she can,” making no bones about where she stands and how she feels about it:

“Because these guys in power think they can do whatever they want, they never get told no. There’s still people on the internet defending P-Diddy after they saw him drag her across the hotel and kick her. And by the way, that’s the reason why a lot of these people never speak out and a lot of these people never get help. Like, no wonder she doesn’t think it’s worth her time to release the videos, because she’s just going to get the same backlash from Cassie talking about what P-Diddy did to her. How does that add up?

If you are defending a man who has been abusive to a woman, you’re just as bad as them and I honestly don’t care if you fall… that it’s her fault that he put his hands on her, or that she wanted the fame. Like, are you guys sick in the head? And it’s honestly disgusting that people could see a video that was released of P-Diddy and Cassie and the way that he treated her and still somehow blame her. From personal experience, it takes you getting away from the situation to realize how horrendous it was and to realize your worth again, because they diminish you so horrendously.

So if anybody’s judging her by those text messages, you can… because you have no idea where she was mentally in that moment. Any man who can treat a woman like that is not a man at all. That’s my TED Talk. Get microneedling and expose all the… I do believe in karma, though, but I think first she just needs to expose him in every single way she can.”

I have no idea if the reference to her similar experience with a relationship like Brianna had is Sophia hinting at anything that happened with Riley, but she certainly knows what it’s like to date a famous country musician and I can’t imagine that’s easy no matter who they are.
