Metal-Heavy ‘Freddy vs. Jason’ Soundtrack to Release on Vinyl
The soundtrack is better than the movie...if we're being honest. The post Metal-Heavy ‘Freddy vs. Jason’ Soundtrack to Release on Vinyl appeared first on MetalSucks.

If you’re a lover of horror movies (which, if you’re a fan of metal I think it’s likely that you might be), then you’re likely familiar with the incredibly silly entry into two classic horror franchises…Freddy vs. Jason. If we’re being honest, it was probably one of the worst things to happen to horror. That’s okay though, because outside of its comedic value, its soundtrack was one of the better things to ever happen to a movie. Now, for whatever reason, that soundtrack is coming out again and this time, it’s coming to us on vinyl.
Via Real Gone Music, the soundtrack to the 2003 flick is legit fuckin metal gold. It’s got a bit of everything that was big in the game at that point, like Killswitch Engage, Slipknot, Mushroomhead, Powerman 5000, Type O Negative, and more.
You’re gonna have to be quick if you want one, though. Real Gone Music is only releasing 1500 pressings of the double LP, so if you want one, you can preorder one here.
