Have some fans not yet learned their lesson? If they want to talk crap, Bunnie Xo will call out her haters.

Bunnie Xo is no stranger to keyboard warriors. She’s opened up a lot on that topic in the past. She’s well aware that because she and Jelly Roll share their lives online, she’s not going to be everyone’s cup of tea. However, she’s never afraid to call out trolls, especially those who criticize her and Jelly Roll’s relationship. She’s not ashamed of who she is or her story, and has a way of gracefully, but directly, clapping back at social media users who feel like they have the right to talk about people they don’t know like that.

Most recently, Bunnie Xo is talking about the social media trolls throwing shade way after sharing a smooch with her husband.

“Can we talk about how everyone in the comments is so mad about how I kissed my husband on the red carpet? Let’s talk about it.”

The red carpet in question is from the Academy of Country Music Awards, which were held at the beginning of May in Frisco, Texas. After kissing her husband on the red carpet, fans were up in arms about the light peck that she planted on Jelly Roll as the cameras were flashing.

“They’re like, ‘She’s not really with him. That was a fake kiss. This is fake love. Ew, can you believe the way she kissed him?’ Let’s have a conversation. When you are on a red carpet, you literally have 300 cameras pointing at you at one moment. If I lingered on his lips for longer than ten seconds, you guys would be like, ‘Ah, she’s still wh*re! Get a room, this is disgusting. This is a family awards show!’

I have lip gloss on; I have an entire face of (makeup). My husband has to continue taking pictures after that kiss, so does he want lip liner and a freaking gloass all over his face? No!”

One of Bunnie’s friends, Meme Shahan, mentioned that you do not see many other artists kissing their spouses on the red carpet. Bunnie agreed and said that the photographers often yell at Bunnie and Jelly to smooch each other.

“Every time we walk up, you will hear the photographers ask J and I to kiss. They don’t do that with any other couple, and I don’t mind, like I love our photographers that are our friends.”

Bunnie then says that she loves the shot the photographer captured of the tender moment, but she’s not going to lock lips with him in public.

“First, it was that I was kissing him too much. Then it was, ‘Oh, she doesn’t like him. She doesn’t even want to kiss him.’ Like as the brand has grown, we are in front of children. We are in front of families. My husband is singing Hard-Fought Hallelujah; you want me to f***ing lick his balls right on stage? Like, what do you want me to do?”
