Alison Wonderland Reveals New Album, "Ghost World" and Drops New Single: Listen

Alison Wonderland has announced her fourth studio album, Ghost World.

It's her first full-length album since 2022's fan-favorite Loner. Slated for release on October 3rd via Republic Records, Ghost World marks a bold new chapter for the boundary-pushing singer-songwriter, DJ and producer, who called it "the best thing I’ve ever made."

Written during a period of personal transformation like its predecessors, the album will feature 14 tracks, and include several high-profile collaborations. Wonderland has also heavily teased a return to trap music, to the delight of her early fans.

Alongside the announcement comes the release of "iwannaliveinadream," the album's third single and an emotional highlight in Wonderland's growing catalog. Co-written and co-produced with Dylan Ragland (one half of SIDEPIECE and formerly known as Party Favor), the track balances vulnerable introspection with euphoric intent, floating atop airy synths and writhing rhythms that evoke a restless desire for escape.

Following the explosive “Get Started” and the crowd-favorite “Again? Fuck.,” the new single teases what’s to come from Ghost World, a 14-track album that the Australian artist describes as a place of "refuge" for outsiders and dreamers.

"I often feel like I’m wandering this earth trying to find my home, both artistically and personally," Wonderland said in a press release. "I want people to know that while you’re on that search, there is a place of refuge here for you, with us, in Ghost World."
