The next chapter of Zac Brown Band has been revealed.

On July 8th, the Zac Brown Band left fans confused, excited, and worried after scrubbing their Instagram page of all existing posts and sharing a video highlighting moments from their tours over the past few years. In the video’s caption, they write a message implying that a significant change is underway for the band, but particularly, the mention of “not a goodbye,” had fans a bit on edge:

“There’s no way to sum up what the last chapter has meant to us… We’ve played thousands of shows, crossed countless state lines, and seen every kind of weather and welcome you could imagine.

Whether you saw us when we were playing covers in Georgia dive bars or you just found us on your drive home last month… You’ve been a part of this journey. You’ve sung the words, screamed the choruses, cried with us, danced with us, and let this music into your life. That kind of connection is not lost on us. It never will be.

From every hand we shook, every sign we saw in the crowd, every voice lifted back to us from the front row to the lawn, we felt your love. And we gave it right back, night after night. This isn’t goodbye. It’s a thank you. A reflection.

The next chapter? It’s the biggest one yet. We’ll see you there.”

After reading the cryptic message from the group, it began to raise questions about their next move, and it was hard for fans to think about what could be next for the Georgia-founded band. Could they be revamping the band’s members? Renaming the band? Tapping into a new sound? I mean, your last album was called The Comeback…. you can’t make two comebacks, back to back, right?

Today, the group revealed what this “next chapter” of music means to them by unveiling their next studio record, Love & Fear.

“Two sides of the same truth. New album “Love & Fear” 12.05.25

Not gonna lie… the album cover goes pretty hard:

The 13-track album is set to release everywhere on December 5th and features some stellar artists, including Dolly Parton, Marcus King, and Snoop Dogg. To celebrate the announcement of the record, the Zac Brown Band is releasing a new single, featuring Snoop Dogg, titled “Let It Run,” later this week on July 18th.

“Let It Run” is not the first song from the forthcoming project that fans have been gifted with. Earlier this year, the group released the breezy and light single “I Ain’t Worried About It,” which at the time seemed to be an one-off release. However, with the tracklist being revealed, it now appears that this single is from their eighth studio record.

Fire up “I Ain’t Worried About It” while you’re here. It’s the perfect song to kick off your week and remind you that whenever everything feels like it’s falling apart around you, there are still things to be happy about and to de-stress you.

Love & Fear Tracklist:

Las Vegas Sphere

There is one piece of this post that has yet to be revealed, but it appears that it may also be forthcoming soon: the Las Vegas Sphere residency. On the AMA red carpet, Zac Brown confirmed that he would have a Las Vegas residency later this year.

Last year, Zac Brown first shared this possibility when talking with Theo Von for an episode of his This Past Weekend podcast. During the episode, he revealed that the Zac Brown Band was working on a residency at the Las Vegas Sphere:

“That’s the greatest canvas that has ever been created, so far. And to get to be one of the first bands to go in there and do it…this is our masterpiece, man.”

Zac Brown said at the time (which was over a year ago now) that he had been working with a team for over a year, which is the longest time he has spent putting a show together:

“It’s going to be the biggest spectacle we have ever done. I am very excited because this puts us in another league. And the goal is for our band to just keep going, man, and be like The Rolling Stones or the Grateful Dead…yeah, Jimmy Buffett. Be in that legacy act thing. This is really our first thing that I am putting a year-plus work into for making one show.”

While there wasn’t much information given after that, on the AMA red carpet while talking to the popular livestreamer Kai Cenat, he dropped that he will have a residency later this year.

“We’re doing a residency at the Sphere. End of the year.”

Although there has been no official announcement of this residency, when you visit zacbrownband.com, a countdown is displayed, suggesting that another announcement is forthcoming within the next 24 hours. It also gives fans the option to enter their phone number to be notified of this news, which feels like it’s related to a tour or show information.

We will check back in tomorrow to see if this is a Sphere announcement…The post Zac Brown Band Announce New Record, ‘Love & Fear,’ Featuring Dolly Parton, Snoop Dogg & More first appeared on Whiskey Riff.
