Sick New World Will Also Head Out to Texas Next Year
Huh, that's a bold move, Cotton... The post Sick New World Will Also Head Out to Texas Next Year appeared first on MetalSucks.

They may not have made any official announcements, nor have they really said anything about its existence, but the organizers behind the Sick New World festival apparently don’t mind letting eveyrone know their plans at this point. That’s the only explanation as to why the fest’s website now features two separate landing pages — one for their original location in Las Vegas and the other in Texas.
The website was recently updates to reflect the second location, with a button to click to sign up for text or email updates. No, we don’t know the dates for the Texas edition, (though we have a good idea of Las Vegas’ dates…) but I’m sure we’ll find out soon enough.
The fact that they’re planning two shows instead of their normal single day in Las Vegas means they feel confident about what they have planned. Remember, last time they tried to run a Sick New World, they had to cancel due to a lack of fan interest. At that time, however, they were pretty much running the same headliners and lineup as other more established festivals at a much lower price.
We’ll have to wait and see how things shake out moving forward. Have the organizers learned from their missteps or will this be another metal Fyre Fest? Only time will tell.
