“Did You Just Call Him A Newscaster?” – ‘Sports Illustrated’ Model, Brooks Nader, Finally Addresses Tom Brady Dating Rumors

Not the GOAT, but a newscaster.

Tom Brady is catching strays from his former fling, Sports Illustrated model Brooks Nader. Then again, maybe she’s just a moron…

The 7-time Super Bowl had quite the public split from his supermodel ex-wife, Gisele Bundchen, back in 2022. That’s to be expected, since they were two high-profile individuals, and the media machine always needs stories to churn out. And I’d be remiss if I also didn’t mention the other story that revealed itself around the divorce… the relationship that Gisele had with her jiu-jitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente.

She now has a baby with that very jiu-jitsu instructor.

While Gisele has settled down, Tom Brady is living the life of a bachelor post-divorce. He has been rumored to have had connections to many famous faces, most recently being linked to Russian supermodel Irina Shayk. However, sources have shared that the two are not looking for anything serious… so who knows where that will go.

However, it’s clear Brady has a thing for models because after his divorce, he was also rumored to be seeing supermodel Brooks Nader. Brooks and Tom sparked rumors in 2024, with reports that they were “casually hooking up.” While the two never confirmed anything, the idea of a romance between the two was reignited a year later when they were seen crossing paths at events like Jeff Bezos’ wedding and an F1 event.

During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live! earlier this fall, Andy Cohen slyly asked Nader if she keeps tabs on her exes like her ex-husband Billy Haire, and later brought up Tom Brady’s name. Nader dropped her jaw as Cohen joked that he was “available again,” but Nader did not seem impressed, noting that Cohen is “a trip.”

Last night, December 18, Nader appeared on the late-night talk show again, and Cohen could not resist bringing up her ties to Tom Brady. Andy Cohen, who loves to throw shade, commented that Brooks and fellow guest Erica Jayne both have pasts with men named Tom.

For those who are not in the thick of Bravo fandom, Erica Jayne was married to famed attorney Tom Vincent Girardi. However, Tom, 86, and Erica, 54, are no longer married, as he was recently involved in a criminal investigation and was sentenced earlier this year to 87 months in federal prison for leading a years-long scheme in which he embezzled tens of millions of dollars of settlement money that belonged to his clients, some of whom awaited payment for treatment of severe physical injuries.

After Cohen commented, the two have been tied to men named Tom. Erica looked at Brooks and asked who she was involved with, genuinely unaware, and Andy Cohen clarified that she was involved with Tom Brady.

You can see that Brooks is bashful that Andy Cohen brought that up and didn’t want to mention who, saying:

“One’s a newscaster and the other’s in jail.”

Erica Jayne laughs that Brooks “got the better one” of the two, but Cohen is left perplexed, and very rightfully, that Brooks just called the NFL GOAT a newscaster:

“Did you just call him a newscaster?”

Of course, Nader is referencing Tom Brady’s secondary career as an NFL commentator after retiring from the league in 2023, but regardless, in any conversation it would be pretty odd to ever refer to Brady as a newscaster. Does she even know that he’s the greatest NFL quarterback to ever live? It honestly wouldn’t surprise me…

And based on a recent comment from Brady, it sounds like he’s considering coming out of retirement after watching a 44-year-old Philip Rivers live out his un-retirement dream.

During an appearance on The Big Podcast with Shaq, Brady not only thinks that he’s still got some left in the tank, but he also believes that he could beat up on modern-day defenses. The longtime New England Patriots and short-time Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback says he’d only need a month or so of preparation to get back to his starting form:

“I’d whoop a** right now. Absolutely. I could go out there and play. Give me a month, I could go play with anybody. I took care of my body great. Everything is great… I could do it all. What I wouldn’t do is make the commitment to play, because it’s like, do you really want to commit to playing (the whole season)? That takes a lot of training. I don’t want to do that anymore.”

I mean, it would be a legendary comeback. But let’s be realistic here… Brady would have a lot of hoops to jump through, considering a) he’s a minority owner of another NFL team and b) has a lucrative, multi-million-dollar broadcasting contract with FOX Sports to fulfill.
