People don’t talk about this enough, but attending a concert is truly one of the best places for it. Whether you’re a girl admiring another woman’s outfit, scoping out who has the best retro tour merch they found on eBay, or observing those who have been overserved, there is always top-notch people watching at concerts.
I’m sure we can all think of some crazy things we’ve seen at concerts, maybe even participated in, but every now and again, some folks are lucky enough to capture these wild moments on camera, leading to unforgettable viral moments. A prime example is the Romper Stomper, who went viral at a Morgan Wallen concert in 2020. That was definitely one of the wildest viral concert moments, although, violence at a concert is never cool.
But this recent viral moment is giving the internet a great laugh.
During the Chris Stapleton and George Strait concert at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, a Chris Stapleton fan wanted to share the powerful vocals of the Kentucky native during “White Horse” with a loved one who could not attend the concert. While post folks would take a video of the performance and then share it with their friend, boyfriend, or whoever else loves the tune, this fan’s loved one did not have the luxury of receiving a video message… because they are in jail.
A woman perfectly timed a video call from her significant other, during Stapleton’s set, and luckily for this man, he witnessed the anthemic song “White Horse.”
Another fan caught the moment from a few rows back and captured the man and woman jamming out to the song’s chorus. It’s hilarious but also sorta pure and wholesome. This moment feels like a continuation of “music connects us all.” Both literally and figuratively.
