Arsenal rescued a point in stoppage time against Manchester City in Sunday afternoon.
Mikel Arteta picked a controversial line up for the game and his gameplan was turned on its head early on when Manchester City and Erling Haaland scored a brilliant breakaway goal.
Arsenal then dominated the ball (67%) and territory for the remainder of the game, without creating too many clear chances. The team ultimately got a deserved point at the death when substitute Ebere Eze found fellow substitute, or should I say ‘finisher’ Gabriel Martinelli who lobbed the keeper superbly.

Men of the match: William Saliba. Came into this game cold back from injury and I thought he was brilliant. Some point the finger at him for the goal, but I think that mistake is on Gabriel and it left Saliba with loads to do to prevent a goal and Manchester City ultimately executed perfectly. Saliba led the match is passes (95/99), ball recoveries (8) and had the second most tackles (4). He also won a huge 10/12 duels and made 5 clearances.
