Archspire Announce New Album ‘Too Fast To Die’ with Blistering New Single “Carrion Ladder”

You ever watch something that was so incomprehensibly fast that you thought the video was stuck on 2x mode? Because that’s the feeling I got when I hit play on Archspire‘s new single “Carrion Ladder,” which helps the band debut their forthcoming album Too Fast To Die.

Seriously, this track is a blazer. It burns fast, ripping through everything with blistering solos, punishing rhythms, and the sort of lightning fast vocal delivery that makes you wonder if their vocalist Oliver Rae Aleron is human or some AI/human hybrid set to replace everyone else on the planet.

Speaking of the metal and flesh abomination, Oliver Rae Aleron had this to say about the new track and album announcement:

“What’s that, ARCHSPIRE is newly single??? OH ARCHSPIRE’s NEW single!! After 4 years of hard work, dedication, evading police, evidence tampering, espionage, supreme court rulings, rico charges and AA meetings, we’re finally able to present to our few remaining fans a brand-new music video for our first single ‘Carrion Ladder’ off of our upcoming album ‘TOO FAST TO DIE’ Please enjoy with the whole family this holiday season! Earlier this year, the band went through an entire process to find their new drummer Spencer Moore after Spencer Prewett left last September. Now, with this track being his introduction to the Archspire universe, Moore said he’s had to dial things up to meet what his new bandmates were putting together.

“I had to step my game up fast to pull off the new material. But once we started tracking, everything felt comfortable and natural.”

This is also the first album that Archspire’s doing completely by themselves, as they funded everything through the use of a Kickstarter campaign earlier this year. Naturally, people were buttholes about that whole thing, but the result is Too Fast To Die and that’s coming out on April 10. You can preorder your copy today.
