Little Boy Wins Christmas With Viral Reaction To Receiving A Chocolate Cake From Santa

I hope that Santa Claus brought you all great gifts yesterday on Christmas Day, and I hope that no one was gifted with coal. Christmas morning is always exciting with the anticipation of opening gifts from Santa, friends, family and more. Any gift giving comes with great reactions of surprise and thankfulness, but some reactions are better than others, especially from kids.

Earlier this Christmas week, we revisited a viral moment of a young Missouri boy getting pranked by his parents after they gave him coal, leading him to believe he was on the naughty list, to reveal later that the charcoal was to operate his grill. But his reaction was great, thinking that the coal was initially for his father’s grill despite being addressed to him.

Talk about a dad in training getting that excited over charcoal, right? While that moment is one of the amazing viral reactions we’ve gotten over the last few years, another little boy is now taking the cake (literally) for his hilarious reaction to his gift from Santa. A young boy is posting numbers on TikTok after his cousin shared a video of him reacting to the chocolate cake Santa brought him. First off, this is hilarious before you even hear him speak because it embodies the random things little kids ask for.

Why would you ask your mom to bake you a cake any other time of the year when you could ask for a Christmas chocolate cake from Santa? The little boy’s cousin hilariously captioned the video:

“The year my cousin asked Santa for a chocolate cake.”

When the little boy sees the cake on the mantel, he picks it up and says:

“Just what I wanted! My chocolate cake!”

What made this video so viral was the Shake Tale-style tone in which the boy delivered this line. It’s uncannily similar to the squeaky shrimp scene.

Talk about pure gold. In the 24 hours since this video went online, it’s garnered over 7 million views and nearly 2 million likes. This kid and his chocolate cake are going places.
