De Bruyne pulls the ball back to Cancelo, whose shot is blocked by Partey.

88' Cancelo floats another good cross into the box and Ake rises highest on the far side to nod it back across goal. Dias tries to get on the end of it, but backs into Ramsdale and the foul goes against him.
86' Rodri switches it out to Cancelo on the right and he clips a good cross into the six-yard box. Gundogan has peeled away to the far post, but White glances it away from him. Sterling gets the rebound, but sends his low shot wide.
84' Mohamed Elneny replaces Bukayo Saka.
82' First, Tomiyasu slides in to cut out Ake's pass in search of De Bruyne.
Second, White heads Cancelo's cross clear as Arsenal come under increasing pressure.

Cancelo cuts inside and gets a shot away with his left foot.
However, it is a poor effort and he fires high over the crossbar.

Partey drives forward and gets into the penalty area.

He then squares the ball in search of Martinelli, who almost gets on the end of it, but Ederson just about does enough to get the ball clear.

Silva cuts the ball back from the byline for Gundogan, but Xhaka gets himself in the way to make a crucial block.
68' Rob Holding is shown the yellow card.

Sterling nips inside Tomiyasu, but he can only fire a shot high over the crossbar.

45' City are patiently trying to work the ball upfield, looking to Mahrez down the right this time. He lifts it into Silva, who chips a cross onto the penalty spot for Sterling, but Gabriel is there to clear the danger for the hosts.
43' WIDE!
What a run from Martinelli, who skips past Cancelo.
He drives into the box and gets past Dias, but Cancelo gets back and then doesn't, as Martinelli gets a shot away.
41' Rodri brings down Saka on the right, and Arsenal have a free-kick in a good position. Odegaard curls a cross into the middle, but it's too high for Tomiyasu and it bounces harmlessly out of play.
34' Tierney has another chance to cross but this time there is too much height on the ball, and Ederson is quickly off his line to claim the catch.
31' GOAL! Arsenal 1-0 Man City (Saka, 31')
26' White slices at a clearance to get it away from Sterling, but it ends up being a good ball to Odegaard through the middle. He works it out to Martinelli on the left again, but Sterling tracks back to stop it from reaching Lacazette.
24' City can't get out of their own box at the moment as Tierney gets it back down the left after his initial cross was cleared. He floats in another deep one, but it's too high for Saka, and Tomiyasu can't bring it down under pressure.
21' FOUL!
Martinelli lunges in and scythes down Bernardo Silva to stop a City counter-attack.

Arsenal are up for this today, but for how long can they keep this intensity up against a dangerous looking City side.
20' CLOSE!
Tomiyasu points to the space in behind the City defence and White obliges.

The full back plays a testing first time cross into the penalty area, but Ake is there to head clear.
17' It was another good move from Arsenal to open up City, but replays suggest Martinelli may have just been onside when latching onto Partey's pass.
16' SAVE!
Partey sweeps the ball out to Martinelli on the left and the City defenders are asking for an offside flag that doesn't come. He cuts inside and drills it at the near post from a tight angle, but Ederson smothers it.
14' WIDE! What a chance for Man City...
Sterling's cross picks out an unmarked Dias, but the defender cannot find the far corner with a deft header.
It's a huge let off for Arsenal!
13' Sterling spins away from Tomiyasu's challenge, but Saka gets back to help out and between them, they manage to get the ball away from the winger. De Bruyne is following in, but he can only win a corner.
11' NO PENALTY!
VAR has a look at the incident again and it looks like Ederson just managed to get a toe to the ball before he caught Odegaard's ankle. The referee's decision stands and it's only a corner.
8' De Bruyne glances Ederson's long clearance onto Sterling and he does brilliantly to hold off Tomiyasu before wriggling away from the follow-up challenge from the right-back. It's a poor cross from him after that though, and Arsenal break on the counter.

Gabriel Jesus header from the centre of the box misses to the left.

De Bruyne slides the ball past White and into the path of Sterling.
However, Gabriel comes across well to mop up the danger.
