The visitors fail to clear their lines following a corner from the left, and Aubameyang fires a first-time outside-of-the-foot shot against the far post from the right-hand side of the penalty area.

Parejo goes direct, but it just lifts over Leno's crossbar. It lacked that last bit of dip - but it was very close.
20' Bellerin cuts inside from the right flank and goes down under pressure from Pedraza. The referee awards the hosts a free-kick midway inside the Villarreal half.
18' A great ball over the top from Partey, picking out Pepe on the left. Pedraza is there to nick the ball away and into the arms of Rulli, but that is the right idea from Arsenal.
16' Second Arsenal corner now, but there's a bit of a delay as the referee has a word with the muddle of players in the six-yard box.
Odegaard delivers, but Rulli is above the throng to punch away.
14' A poor ball in midfield from Trigueros sees Odegaard with it at his feet, but there's no speed or urgency on the attack to try and create something.
10' Mari floats an inch-perfect flighted throughball down the right-hand side of the field for Saka, but Trigueros gets across to cover and regain possession for Villarreal.
8' Tierney lofts a pass down the left flank and beyond the visitors’ defence for Smith Rowe to chase. The winger collects the ball and lays it back to Pepe, but his in-field pass is intercepted.
